UK SHIPPING

Shipping price is dependant on volume ordered, please get in touch to find out more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside of the UK and require international shipping, please contact us, we can price up shipping for any destination. Please include your contact details, address details and your full order requirements. We can then easily issue you with a quote to your destination.

Please note that we are NOT liable for any import taxes or duty fees.

TURNAROUND

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm (Midday) will usually be shipped on the next working day.

CARRIERS & TRACKING

We usually use FedEx & Royal Mail to deliver our orders. A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.

Returns

Returns are at your own cost. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The 14 day distance selling does not apply as we are a business to business retailer only.

1. If there is a manufacturer defect, please email info@fatchillies.co.uk before returning the defected product.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they have been opened.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
